1. Slide sleeve over existing post to see how well the sleeve fits. (Sleeve inside diameter is always bigger than the actual size.)	2. Apply a round of neoprene adhesive tape approximately 3” down from the edge of the post allowing for a 1’ gap between the ends of the tape. At the bottom of the post be sure to wrap the tape all the way around.

3. With a twisting motion, slowly slide the sleeve over the existing post. If post is applied correctly you will hear air being forced out of the sleeve.	4. If the above directions are followed, the Ideal Shield Bumper Post Sleeve should fit snug around the post. It would not be easily removed! If the sleeve does come off easily, repeat step two and apply another layer of neoprene tape on top of the tape you already applied.
