INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bolt-In Installation
2. Core-In Installation
3. Steel Floor Sleeve Installation


1. Bolt-In Installation

1. Align Rail as Required

 

2. Using a Core Bit 3/4"
Drill Holes in Surface with Hammer Drill		 3. Secure Base Plate with 3/4" x 6 1/4" Anchors

 

 



2. Core-In Installation

1. Using a Core Bit 5 1/8" Drill Hole to Depth of Cement.If core depth
exceeds depth of cement auger out remaining dirt

2. Using Fork Lift, or Two Man Team, Place Guardrail above Core 3. Guide Leg into Core. Your Guardrail is now installed







Recomended for 27" High Guardrail and Lower


3. Steel Floor Sleeve Installation

1. Using a 8 " Core Bit
Core Hole into Depth of Cement

 2. Drop a 5" x 5" Square Steel Floor Sleeve and Fill in Around Sleeve and Cement 3. Guide Leg into Core. Your Guardrail is now installed






Recomended for 27" High Guardrail and Higher
