The Ideal Shield Bounce Back Guardrail is the cost-effective solution for flexible in-plant guardrail systems designed to absorb impacts and limit damage to forklifts and forklift operators while protecting critical assets. 

The Bounce Back Guardrail separates itself from the competition with it’s price point as well as it’s protection capabilities. The competition’s flexible guardrail systems all utilize polymer cross rails that flex upon impact while Ideal Shield’s Bounce Back Guardrail’s flexibility comes from the base plate system and uses U.S. steel cross rails to give more reliable of protection to critical assets. 

Featuring a specially designed rubber flex system that comes cold galvanized, The Bounce Back Guardrail is made from 6″ Schedule 40 steel pipe and sleeved in HDPE plastic to eliminate painting needs. For flexibility, the Guardrail is designed to absorb contact from a full sized forklift traveling at 4 mph and flex up to 18 degrees before returning to its upright shape. This “give” will not only limit damage to forklifts but will also limit damage to the anchors and concrete.
