Ideal Shield’s Height Restriction Clearance Bars are easy to read, highly visible, and are made of LDPE plastic making sure that you never have to paint again!

The Clearance Bars are now available in two different styles to meet your exact needs:       

Two-Piece System (Spliced together; 4″ or 6″ diameter; available in any color)

Tube System (with end caps; available in safety yellow)

Ideal Shield’s Clearance Bars are available in any color (depending on style) and can include lettering or logos, if necessary. 

Ideal Shield’s Clearance Bars are also available with a durable and highly-visible Standard Clearance Bar Apparatus (see below) as well as Custom Designed Apparatuses. Please contact your sales representative for more information on our height restriction structures.

Ideal Shield’s clearance bar’s standard sizes include 5 ¼” outside diameter and 78” length, 5 ¼” outside diameter and 110” length and 7 ¼” outside diameter and 110”, however, custom sizes are available.
Yes, currently Ideal Shield offers two different types of clearance bars. The Two-Piece Clearance Bar features a spliced system, which will help save on shipping, and is available in any standard color. The second option is the tube system with end caps for larger Clearance Bars. This option is only available in Safety Yellow.
Our standard color is Safety Yellow, but any color is available upon request for the Two-Piece System.
No, reflective stripes do not come on the clearance bars but we are able to add them at an additional cost. However, Ideal Shield does not endorse or recommend the additional of reflective tape because you are turning a maintenance-free product into a product that requires maintenance as tape will start to peel over time. Depending on the application, the tape will need to be replaced several times during the life of the clearance bar.
