Last month we touched on the importance of brand awareness for businesses big or small by highlighting our endless color options and custom decals available for our signature Bollard Covers and Sign Bases. But customization is available for more than just our plastic products. 

Thanks to adding a new CNC Plasma Cutter machine to the Ideal Shield shop floor, we now have the ability to custom cut a wide array of our steel products and product features. That includes custom cut steel bollards, base plates, and our latest addition to the product catalog, custom cut handrail infill panels.

Over traditional handheld torches, the CNC plasma torch has the ability to cut a wide array of custom shapes out of various materials, such as aluminum and steel, with more accuracy and precision.

For the infill panels, the machine is able to precisely cut any logo imaginable. To show off its infill panel capabilities, we used it to design the new infill panels for the Aluminum Handrail stairway entrance into the Ideal Shield shop floor. A touch of black and yellow powder coated paint was added to stay on brand and really make the panels pop.
